THE BUILDINGS HAVE BEEN DESIGNED TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS FOR ENERGY CLASS B.

FOUNDATION

The buildings are built on pile foundation.

Monolith reinforced concrete piles will be poured for the posts, on which the structures of the upper floors will be resting.

LOAD-BEARING AND EXTERNAL WALLS

The vertical load-bearing structures on floors 2-4 are walls that are built of concrete hollow blocks. The cavities and joints of the wall blocks are fitted with single rods and then concrete is used. The non-load-bearing exterior walls are built of FIBO blocks.

External walls are insulated, plastered and painted with white and anthracite external wall paint.

INTERIOR WALLS

The interior walls of the buildings have been designed as a masonry wall made of blocks or walls made of plasterboard on light frame. The choices are made on the basis sound- and fire- proof requirements and standards.

INSERTED CEILINGS

The horizontal load-bearing structures are concrete prestressed hollow core panels. A rigid mineral wool is placed on the panels and a layer of cast moulding is poured of fine concrete, which is reinforced with steel net fine concrete. Floor heating and other necessary pipeline is installed.

ROOF

The load-bearing part of the roof ceiling is made of hollow panels. The insulation of the roof ceiling rests on hollow panels. A hard mineral wool board with ventilation grooves is placed on it, rolled rubber bitumen material is glued on it for hydro-insulation.

Rainwater drainage is organised through roof wells.

HOLE COVERINGS

The heat conductivity of the designed windows is U<0,8 W/m²K. The glass packages of the heated rooms have a 3x argon filling.

EXTERIOR DOORS

External doors with low stainless steel door sill that open towards outside.

ELEVATORS

The buildings feature one elevator from parking floor to residential floors.

ELECTRICITY AND WEAK CURRENT

An electricity system that complies with contemporary requirements and needs is installed in the building.

A two-section electrical and weak-current switchboard is installed in the apartment. The switchboard has power current group fuses, weak-current cables distribution spot and a possible room for active devices for data communication. Suitable lightings and electric outlets are installed in the wet rooms and halls of the apartments.

Input data communication systems and data communication network as well as fire alarm systems will be installed in the building. The ground floors of the buildings have the data communication switchboard, which is connected to the optical line of the service. Data switchboard ensures data communication network connection to the apartment’s weak-current switchboard.

DOOR PHONE SYSTEM

The accesses of the hallways of the buildings are equipped with the video door phone systems. The apartments have door phones with colour displays, which are equipped with the doorbell function.

HEATING

The buildings have two fully automatic heating plants with two heat exchangers (floor heating and domestic hot water circles). The heating plant is located in a utility room on the ground floor. The heat carrier is the water heated via district heating, which is directed to floor heating collectors and radiators. All apartments are heated with floor heating pipelines installed in concrete boards.

VENTILATION

The ventilation of the apartment is solved through using autonomous fully automatic mechanical injection-exhaust devices which use secondary heat and are located in sound-insulating casing (each apartment has its own device, e.g. Komfovent or similar).
